The first weekend Mom was here stayed in an airbnb place just outside of Bern. We left Friday after work and came home Sunday afternoon.
Saturday:

Grandma was so nice to babysit June while Curt and I attended the temple. That's an especially nice treat once you have kids :)
That night we drove up to Basel and happened upon a big Christmas market. It was fun to walk around and eat good food. June was an exceptionally good baby (like always).
Sunday:
We went to church Sunday morning at the chapel next to the temple (in German). After church we took some photos in the gorgeous 'forest' behind the temple. Photos don't do the fall colors justice--it was breathtaking.
