We were so lucky to have Erin visit us for a couple of days. Erin and I were next-door-neighbors growing up. She had been touring Italy with a friend and made the trek up to see us.
The night she arrived we ate a fun raclette dinner. The funny thing is she introduced me to raclette back in the US a few years ago.
