Saturday morning - early Monday morning
30 June - 2 July
Saw this little beauty on the way to the airport. It's an ad on the bus and says, "From cows named Chuck, Bruce and Arnold." Still makes me laugh!
We arrived in Prague and took the bus/metro into town. This is by the Astrological Clock and Wenceslas Square, near our apartment.
We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at La Veranda (pork belly & halibut)
June was as great as ever. She gets really excited about 'new' high chairs
Our joyful little traveler inside the castle courtyard
Walking from the castle over Charle's Bridge
The view of the castle and Charle's Bridge at night
Night view. You can see Curt and June in the photo on the right as well
Night at Wenceslas Square. They had big screens set up for the Euro 2012 cup games
The yummy rolled cinnamon bread cooked over hot coals
Traditional Prague ham and potatoes
Sleeping well on Saturday night
Sunday we went to church, walked around a bit and just chilled in our AirBNB apartment. We played a lot of games and ate a lot of food.
The church meeting was actually in Czech and English. It seemed like they had done this in the past because even children sharing their testimonies knew to wait for the translator. The BYU Cougarettes (dance group) were in Prague for a dance competition/performance and they were all at church. They were putting on a fireside that evening as well. What a small world. The meetinghouse was beautiful and doubles as the mission home/office. Too bad I forgot to take a photo-this one was just on the web. You can tell it's not the same time of year by the trees :)
We flew home early, early on Monday morning so Curt could be in the office. He went straight from the airport. It was a great weekend!

Wow, you guys have your own travel show..the architecture and that meal...incredible!
