For our first weekend we got an AirBnB apartment in Leukerbad. On the way we stopped at the Chateau de Chillon. This was the first time we visited inside. I must say it was quite impressive. There were a lot of witch hunts in Europe (I had no clue) and this was used as a prison for witches at the time. Additionally, Lord Byron wrote the poem "Prisoner of Chillon" there in 1816.

Next day: Taking the train from Taesch to Zermatt
June lived in the baby bjorn for a few days those weeks. She was such a good sport and always a very happy baby.

Everyone was able to take Gornergrat but June and me (she wasn't old enough to ascend). You take a train very high and have a good view of the alps, glaciers and Zermatt.
